:D So much awesomeness.
Your version of Rinzler's perspective on things is truly excellent, especially in contrast to Clu. Much less focus on the grossness of biology and more on simple efficiency--is this form functional, etc. The way you express his continued combat crazy is :D-inducing. Figures he'd be one of the only programs who's still lethal when all their usual combat means have failed. And even imprisoned, drugged up like crazy... heh.
Can't help wondering what would happen if Tron came out. Fighting for the users seems a bit less heroic under these circumstances. And he'd hate Clu, but if the prompt plays out as I'd guess, the users will be doing the same sort of brainwashing Tron would be pissed at Clu about. Eh. I suppose we'll see--or not, as the case may be. :D Either way, can't complain at all about what you're writing now, or how you're choosing to write it.
Also, that thing you said, about the unedited part and all those lotsa words? I am joyous. This prompt had so much potential, and you are living up to every bit of it.
