St. Rose

Nov 20, 2005 22:10

Lately there have been rumors that the St. Rose 8th grade class is starting to get in trouble for what they do on the internet at their own homes with their own time. Well, I'll tell ya, this makes me mad. Those sisters have no right to do that. I've seen them do this before when I was in 7th grade. So here's a little sump'n sump'n for 'em if they read this:

I really hate that school you go to now, and would never wish that form of torture, even on my most bitter of enemies. St. Rose is really getting bad, I've seen that school go from good to bad. I braved the worst of it, especially for an eighth grade class, and it was tough, with the hell that I was put through last year, I in no way miss that school or my tenure there. Unfair detentions, suspensions, punishments, sexism, racism, it was like living in a female dominated oh what is the word I'm looking for, hhmm, Communism. The school has hurt me deeply, and therefor I never wish to go there ever again. Had it not have been for my friends I would not have made it through that school. I hope those nuns read this post, I want them to know how I feel. From your loving brother Nicholas Kirkwood Harris, ninth grader at John Carroll Catholic High School, I hope those nuns read this eventually.

I wrote this for my little sister's Livejournal, and just to add on it.

St. Rose is painful, I got suspended just to do someone's own work, I worked for two days moving books, chairs, tables, computers, and everything else down two steeps flights of stairs, and why? Because I got attacked by some kid, I barely even fought back. I hurt so bad after two days of suspensions. And another thing the St. Rose dance was cancelled, for what? They didn't even tell them, it's ridiculous. I remember our 8th grade class trip was almost cancelled because on a confirmation retreat a kid stole some coins from some guys floor, but luckily the parents complained enough that they gave it back to us.

There's ten years of anger built up and released in one Livejournal post. I could really go on for hours about that school, but I'm gonna decide to stop there. Before I go to far. But, if you think this is too harsh, just tell me and I'll delete it.
