Munch Stuff
The munch was fun and interesting tonight. The most obvious change was that there was actually another larger party in the room. A wedding rehearsal dinner, if you can imagine! What was even better was that they'd been warned about us! hahaha I think that the restaurant management took some amusement from putting our two groups nearby, but neither of us seemed to be too affected by the other, from what I can tell. Too bad we didn't have rope bondage demo or pumpkin carving planned! *snicker*
At one point in the evening, someone (I think S) evoked a Youtube video of Colbert speaking at a Whitehouse Press Correspondent's dinner in 2006. Here it is. I found it on my iPhone while at the munch, but the spekears aren't quite loud enough to overcome the usual background noise level there. :-)
I didn't get to stay until the end of the munch because I was off to Edges for the photo event. Hope the rest went well!
