[The audio starts - quite intentionally so - with the sound of whistling. It should a familiar tune to most, actually. It's New Bark Town's music, and it's being whistled in-sync with what's playing overhead. This continues briefly, before Izaya has decided he's bored with the serenade and begins to speak; not to anyone in particular, though.]
Catchy, catchy! I suppose this is what being the protagonist in a video game must feel like. Constantly humming the town's tune, I'd imagine. Not that it seems to matter much one way or the other, seeing the way people seem to be so quick to leave.

Yes, I can quite clearly see that! It's even more interesting when you're not just button mashing A. I wonder though, what is the reason for the change? An experiment to see people's reactions to being pulled away from their lives - or perhaps lack thereof?

Would anyone happen to know where I can find a chess board? Checkers and Shougi as well. It seems this one horse town isn't very good for finding those things!
