Home again finally. Just got back from a big trip to the post office, long overdue, and am going over my real life list of things to do -- a lotta reading and editing.
I think I'm kinda still in a NY state of mind, and need to purge, or at least organize that head space. Like most who make their way there eventually, I loved the city, in a way I haven't loved since the first time in NOLA, excepting maybe Seoul, but that was a different kind of love. I finally understand why its people love it, why films and books are based there so often, and am trying to avoid the gushing that has been done so often and so much better before me.
