My Favourite Humans
I had my youngest nephew for a 3 day visit this weekend and it was wonderful.
My girls and I took him to the Glenbow Museum and enjoyed the Knights of Glenbow program. Thatcher learned all about (the more romantic side of) being a knight and we all got to try on armour. I highly recommend visiting this place, there is lots to see and do for folks of every age no matter what your interests are.
Thanks to mamasita_muerte for the passes to the Calgary Zoo, we had a lovely time there as well!
It's almost the one year anniversary of my little sister's death, having her young son with me and enjoying three days with such a sweet little boy made the pain I'm feeling a little less sharp.
Okay, I have to wrap this up or I'm gonna start crying. Will post more pics later.
