Umm. Well. I wouldn't call them something like Gods, but no one really knows much about them and they could be the ones behind the curses. Also, they could be the ones who bring us here and take us out. I don't think anyone knows for certain, though.

It's the highest rank in this City, I think.

It is the same thing...but with my profession it's hard to see them as gods. Here, though, who knows? My job isn't worth anything here either.
