Then why is it called gothicbeauty_ru then? You know there's a "gothicbeauty" community you can post in also, right?
Why do you post so many pics? If you want to stick with the law you can just link to the pages the photos are on. I see no point in posting photos that you have no connection to in any way. If you admire art, credit the struggling artist or create by yourself.

I didn't mean like that. Link to the picture like this example: http://trollkatt.com/models/mono/040605/mono2.html (so people see where you found the pic) or like this: http://trollkatt.com/fantasy/10.jpg (this is not hot linking like it is if you paste in the pic) If you download a pic and upload it again the resolution gets really crappy and that is really not nice to the photographer 'cause then people who look at the pictures thinks the photographer is also crappy. All artists are very picky with the quality of their images.
If everybody links to the pics instead of using the download/upload method the photographers wouldn't need to be bitchy at all but instead thank you for the promotion. And in the end... the pic is still the same.
Excuse me? I haven't done anything behind your back. But YOU have if you have taken my pictures without asking me first.
With download/upload I mean that you download the pic from where you found it and upload it to your own account (I don't know if YOU do it but I see other people in your community who do this, like the above mentioned pics of Morgana).
The offending pictures of Morgana are my Copyright, used without permission and with the Copyright logo cropped off. I've just sent snotya an email asking her to remove them and to stop posting my images without asking first.
I don't think it was her post so it might be hard for her to control all the postings (if she doesn't screen them). But as the moderator she are obliged to.

I applied only to see why I was mentioned in a hidden post but if you use my pics and the © is still on the photos (I saw the © were cropped of Morganas photos!) then it's ok. But I don't think it's okay for everyone else for that matter so always check with the photographer first when you are about to publish a photo or you could get in trouble with the law. If you don't know who took the shot or made the painting then 1) don't post it, or 2) ask the competent people of -for example- and they will help you find out who is the artist.
