Thank you! =) I still have the rest of the photos from the film, I might scan some more. But I think I will wait 'til I have another model and session.
I guess the dramatic light is from the film and the process 'cause I used only daylight (no flashes) and heavy pouring rain. :)

Hi Eva, thank you for liking my work.
However, I do NOT accept any publishings of my photos without my knowledge! All photos are of course copyrighted to me and I would probably have said OK if I just knew about if before AND could bring you a flawless photo... but this I cannot tolerate. You stole my photo for your magazine?? And printed the magazine in 10.000 copies without my knowledge??! That is so disrespectful, don't you see? =(
Did you get the photo from Valeria? Please help me to clearify this. Maybe Val promised you to publish it behind my back? :(

oh my god! let's talk about this! I didn't know you were not aware of this!! I've talked to Valeria and I asked her for some pics and she told she would have to talk to the photographers cause of the copyright etc, so I though everything was ok!!! she sent me that pic in the graveyard but modified by a friend of her! Please do not think I've stolen your pic, she sent me everything and I though it was ok!I though she has told you about everything.
The pic was used on a corner of the cover as you can see here(http://www.livejournal.com/community/blast_magazine/1659.html), but she didn't tell me you did not know... as she told me she was going to ask photographers' permission, I didn't worry about it.
I'm very sorry about everything!! I do not want any confusion about this kinda thing, that's way we always ask for copyrights etc!
please tell me something about it, I do not want you to think we've stolen your work... cause we didn't.

Ok, I've talked to Val now, it seems there were some misunderstanding. She told me she did ask for my permission about this for about a year ago but it was regarding some other, vampire photos. She sent you these in high resolution and asked for the cover. But I wouldn't have approved the photo that was now chosen because it is both in low resolution, coloured by somebody else and cropped. If I knew you would use that picture I would have sent you the photo in high resolution and coloured by myself.
I would have been very proud to have my photo on your cover! So I could use it for my portfolio. But now I can't and this makes me sad. Could I at least get a copy?
I don't think you've stolen anything, it was probably just a misunderstanding. Sorry I freaked out.
