Thankfully my confidence issues have not

kept me from sending out resumes each week. Sent out 5 last week and 2 more today. One of them I'm really interested in. Its working for a company that designs loss prevention items. I interested mostly because its stuff I did at Circuit City both as a signage standpoint and working with the security items I used to have to order and put onto our product. The other job I don't care too much about but i would get a laugh every day I would work because its located in Irvine on, get this, Michelle Drive. Come on that would soooo be fate if I got the job. Its working for a dental company but since its in Irvine I would imagine the pay would have to be fairly good. They didn't have a rate listed so I assume is DOE.

While 7 resumes in the span of 2 weeks probably isn't a lot it brings my monthly total to about 20 which I think is a fairly solid effort.

I also got my hopes up today when I had one missed call from a 714 number (area code for Anaheim) and checked my voicemail at lunch to hear "Hi this is *whatshisname* with the Front Office of the Anaheim Ducks" only to be crushed with "I'm calling about a new ticket package we have available to locals" *sigh* such teases.

Why can't the Ducks be hiring :( I can do better then some of the crap they have for their website and in game programs *sigh*

Hopefully there's more jobs next week then there were this week. Most were scam jobs like "WORK AT HOME TAKING A SURVEY" riiiight. Has ANYONE ever met someone that actually did one of those "jobs" if you did I wanna know how legit they are 'cause they scream "SCAM" to me.
