I think I'll actually cry
So the Ducks are in the Stanely Cup Finals again. Last time I was in San Francisco so I didn't get to partake in any of the games :(
This year I have gone to every home game but 1. I've managed my money, scrimped and saved, gone into hermit mode, turned down offers to go to various movies with friends, everything to save up and be able to do the playoffs. I have enough to get 1 ticket to every home game in the finals... the problem... I couldn't put down a deposit for season seats to ensure I get tickets and there are very few left for the general sale on sat :(
So I'm going to stay at Patricks tonight and be at the Pond bright and early tomorrow for the general sale. However its going to be a RANDOM drawing as to who gets tickets.Basically they'll pass out wrist bands and then draw them out of hat. *sigh* So basically I have ZERO gurantee of getting tickets tomorrow and the ones one ebay are going for 200+ a pop :(
I put one bid in earlier and already lost.
I seriously think I'll cry if I can't get tickets. I've saved for sooooo long. I started saving in JANUARY for the playoffs. And now, I'm living within a half hour of the Pond and I still might miss out :(
