Oh! I have a big bag of organic cacao beans in my desk at work--I'd have tucked some into your parcel, but I just dropped it off at the post office. I'll bring a bag of them in April if you can't find any 'round your place.
The restorative powers of good chocolate have never been lost on me. I'd say the rest of the world is catching up. What's the best chocolate experience you've ever had?
Without a doubt that would have to be Dagoba's Xocolatl, 74% with chilies and cacao nibs. Just like Montezuma drank it. Though a close second is Green and Blacks milk. It's darker than milk chocolate normally gets. Yummeh.
I brought some Green & Black's Organic Hot Chocolate mix back from Edinburgh with me, last time I was there. Love it. AND I love xocolatl - the few times that I've tasted it. LOVE it. Chilies in chocolate is such a good idea. I'm also a bit of a cinnamon junkie, I tend to put it in almost everything. Hot chocolate included. What's Dagoba?
