Grabbed that from disinfo. Clicked on the posted link and wasn't so thrilled with what I saw on the other end. I think maybe my problem with it is that I take most things a bit too seriously - magick included - and that kind of resistance work for some reason doesn't sit well. Or feel right. The concept is sound, though - at least as written above.
