Fred and I discussed some more things considering the resistance in the car. The one thing we knew for certain that wouldn't be bugged by Wolfram and Hart. We may have worked there for some time now, that didn't mean we were stupid. We knew what they had done before we joined, neither of us could believe they'd just give up on that just because we now supposedly ran the place. They did no spend years trying to get in Angel's way just to give up on that without a fight.

We decided to leave a message for the contacts at the resistance in our usual deposit box at the airport later today. We needed to get in there and run some tests on the people who were infected. We needed to find a cure before this would spread though the entire resitance... And beyond. That wasn't a risk we could take. Both Fred and I were experts in our field, we were very confident that we'd find at least something. If only a small clue, even the smallest clue would lead us to bigger ones.

By the time we were finished with our lunch, it's nearly an hour or two later. We're going to be late for our weekly meeting with Angel. We'd need his signature to get some of the equipment moved as well. Let's hope he's not going to ask any questions about that, though, I doubt he will. He doesn't really know about those things and he doesn't seem to question us much either. Makes me wonder what his view of all this is. I mean, I was wrong about Fred, who knows about the others.

Driving back to Wolfram and Hart, I park the car in the basement again while we make our way up to Angel's room. "I'll just go over to my office to gather the reports for Angel," I tell Fred. "I'll meet you there in half an hour?"

(Open for Fred and later Angel)
