I'm normally not a gushy person and all but I really was very touched by the effort she made to help me and at *eep!* risk of breach-of-confidentiality from her company! She gave me so much info, more than I asked for and all done so thoroughly too... (I shan't reveal what the requested/provided info was about just to be safe aye? ;) )
