I feel ya... on all of the above. I wish we could stay in that stage forever... but still be a little wiser at the same time. Then again, who knows what the future will bring? Working and school and everything else right now seems boring and stressful but once we're able to get past this stage, adult life full of careers that we actually like and families with crazy little demon critters running around awaits us. We can't let an amazing stage in our life outshine other possibly greaterly amazinger stages. (like my grammar?) And even though we're all going through a lot of changes and becoming completely different people, we all have the same connection and deep down have that same person inside of us from our high school years that we will be able to identify with at some level forever. Speaking of which we shouldn't miss playing in a musical again ever... or seeing a musical (like my loser self). As long as there's Mrs. Meyer and a piano... there should be at least one violin and a cello. :)
I think you will be an amazing producer or whatever other path you may take in music. The stuff I've heard you make already sounds good, and you've only just begun. Oh, and congratulations for selling a shitload of stuff... $250,000 is unimaginable to me. I get excited if I sell a $100 blood panel in one week. That's really impressive.
