So, yeah... Interesting day today.
Busted my ass all day at work, and boy, I'm feelin' it now. ...but on the upside, I got kudos from the shipping department's manager (who is also the owner's son). He said "Nice job today; I really appreciate the hustle you put on." I can live with that. Reinforce my job security? Hell yeah!
Got home after work, and shortly afterward, my landlady knocked on my door. Apparently, the mail carrier left the package my mom sent with her.
...so, yeah...
Christmas in July...
The family got me some cool stuff...
Mom got me some thermal/reusable grocery sacks for those times when I have to do my grocery shopping on foot/bus, and need/want to get meat/frozen-foods/ice-cream.
There was some other stuff too, but I'm a little sleep-deprived at the moment, so I'll probably post the rest some other time.
