but i thought i should tell you all about sunday!
Liam, Kate and I went to see Kimya Dawson, the 'other half' of the moldy peaches! We've been to see Adam and now Kimya! all in the same month! :: high five! :: hehehe! so much travelling though hehe! not that i'm complaining : )... lift to liam's, got bus to newport, train to bristol, bus to broadmead, bus to clifton, walking, bus to centre, taxi to station, train and then taxi woo! hehehe! It was sooooooooooooo cold!!!! Even colder than when we went to see Adam! brrr....but worth it all :: grin :: we almost gave up any hope of finding the bristol music club, we couldn't see it anywhere! but we were by clifton train station thingy, went into this australian bar, no one knew where it was ( oh and liam was asking people on the bus too hehehe!) but as we left the bar, liam stopped this couple, and they looked as if they had no idea, but then the woman knew of a, "underground jazz club" on St Paul's road, and we suddenly recognised the name hehe! so walked for about 10 minutes with the directions she gave us, then saw these two people we'd met at the Adam gig ( they'd given us the ticket hotline number too hehe!) outside a door, so we were there! yay! waited about 10 minutes, then this tiny, tiny, tiny guy came out, and told us that they'd let us in soon. he saw we were cold though, and asked us who had tickets, then said we'd probably be able to get some. they let us in at about 7:15 ( i think..) it wasn't supposed to open until 7:30 hehe! went in to this small room with merchandise and coffee etc, looked at merchandise, then kimya walked in and was selling everything! haha! bought a cd ( great cd too), she signed it "for liam and trizza, ::loveheartpicture::Kimya" awww! spoke to her for a while, she was really nice, she was telling us how she'd done a gig in wales ( no idea about that!) turned out she had played to some really young people, like a party kind of thing hehe!
then we went into the actual room, it was really nice, sort of chapel-like but classy hehe! we sat in the front row ( only about 5 people were in there at the time), then the people we'd spoken to outside sat behind us, then everyone suddenly filled the room hehe! it was nice to be sat down at a concert for once hehe! there first woman who came on was brilliant, really sweet and sad, but we don't know her name! haha! then schwervon came on, they were brilliant! so funny and entertaining! Kimya and the tiny,tiny,tiny guy came on ( his name was michael) in the middle of schwervon's last song, and were dancing and doing excersizes, so funny! she told me to tell people to "follow her and michael".....there was no way i was joining in! haha! then kimya came on, and her performance was brilliant! almost like a lullaby too...it felt so warm... she was so funny too, telling us stories in between hehe! when it ended, we all went to the merchandise room, and we had hugs with her and our photo taken. she's so nice! hehe she really liked kate and liam, especially kate's snazzy gingerbread men belt! hehe!
went for the bus then, was talking to this drunk old man who was catching the same bus as us, his family used to live in ystrad mynach, he was sweet! waited ages for our taxi to the station from town centre, ( and it was £20! sick! hehehe) we were the only people in the train station ( very classy train station too!) and we all went in the men's bathroom to keep warm! Kate and I were mesmerised by the self-flushing urinals hehe! then I remembered that that station had indoor waiting rooms, and we stayed in there, in the warmth, until 12:45 when the train came. there was just a janitor and this chavvy guy on at the station by then hehe! free train too so woop! got to newport, had veggie burgers ( and watched this woman threatening to have a fight with these assholes who were being racist hehe), then got our taxi. the driver was really nice hehe! and gullible because he had no idea where he was going! he even asked how much we usually pay etc! and asked " so how was my driving? smooth enough?" hehe! oooh that reminds me! when we had the taxi in bristol, they had stuck the speedometre somehow, so it was always stuck on 40mph, even when the guy was probably going about 70mph!! hahaha! but the km one was moving....they're stupid! hehe.... yeah, got back, watched empire records ( and i fell asleep in the middle of it hehe)and basically just slept : )....slept in until 11:15!!! first time all half term!! damn body!! haha! but woooo missing college hehe! and it's snowing! yay!!! actually snowing extremely heavy outside my window right now , and i'm supposed to be going down hannah's! oops! my room's gone really dark now too.....it's foggy and snowing hehe! right, have to go now. bye foofs! last entry until..........whenever!
