He said "Are you nervous about our next visit? I can prescribe valium to calm your nerves about the doctors visits, and please take a couple an hour before you come. Just take one pill and if you don't feel happy yet take another one. People are different with valium and some need more than others, so just take a couple until you feel happier and arn't so nervous"
