I've been through that hehehe Wala na akong wisdom teeth actually. Impacted kasi sila lahat (as in di makalabas). They took one out first, the one that was pushing into my other teeth and distorting their alignment. Then months later they took two on one side. Then months later, the last. I think it gets better everytime, I mean, di na kasing hirap as the first time. Siguro kasi alam ko na what to expect. Pinaka-namaga ata nung 1st time. They prescribed pain killers and antibiotics and ice cream after the surgery. I ate only soft food for about 3-5 days, then gradually moved to solids (but nothing hard as nuts or the like). And sobrang careful ako magbrush. Di pa ko makapagsalita ng maayos kasi namamaga ang cheeks hehe It's like having a wound in the gums, which essentially it is. A few days after surgery saka tinanggal ang stitches, and a bit mahapdi kasi nga may sugat, but not much naman. Basta eat cold stuff lang like ice cream. Don't sleep on the injured side, and keep head elevated. I think yung dentist nagbigay ng parang list of do's and dont's after hehehe may something pa about hot/cold compress but I forgot kelan yung hot at kelan ang cold hehehe
