I have it all!
I now officially have the entire Sevenwaters series on my computer! I've read the last two books and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. I will not give away any spoilers. You have to read the books in all their glory yourselves. Let's just say in Book 6, Flame of Sevenwaters, there was a particular twist I guessed at early on and I fangirled inside when I discovered I was right. :D
And the series still has so much potential for fanfics! I really wish someone would take advantage of this, but although there have been enough people buying the books to make Juliet reasonably well-off (it's her most popular series, which doesn't surprise me in the least), the fandom has barely created a proper wiki, let alone started writing half-decent fanfictions. I will have to rectify this. I have a rather cool crossover in the works, and now that I have all the books on hand, I can start work on it properly whenever I'm ready. I also have ideas for oneshots popping up all over the place, particularly following the ends of each book, which are always left open enough for any fanfictioneer worth their salt to play with. My only major problem is with names. I have only read Daughter of the Forest and the novella 'Twixt Firelight and Water in Braille, so the names that show up in other books in the series might be mispelled if they're not on the wiki, and there are some particularly tricky ones that aren't. There are only two of us working on the Sevenwaters wiki right now, which is so very sad, because like I said, it's far from cohesive.
And before anyone asks, I'm still working on the WSoD chapter and will try and get it out before Christmas. Those who have not yet reviewed the latest chapter should do so. I could use the encouragement. ;)
