The National is also on that program
Jason and I are strongly considering moving back to Florida next year. I'd love to do it sooner, but we just re-signed for another year on the lease and breaking it/leaving early would not be a good thing. We are planning on buying a house. I'm a bit concerned about the cost, payments, credit, etc. We are planning on doing some serious research on it, find out who to talk to, what questions to ask. Not to sound mean or anything but I know of people who are worse off than us fiancially who seem to have houses.
We are focusing on the Riverview area, which is apart of Tampa. I grew up there, well age 8 until 6 years ago. Than we moved to Cincinnati, which is where he grew up. We did live in Florida our first year of marriage though.
When the two of us discuss what feels like home, where we'd like to raise our kids,the fact I HATE cold weather, etc the answer is always Florida/Tampa. It's something I can't quite explain.
I should mention we are hoping on getting a place near my parents. I actually like my parents and so does he! LOL. It seems in this day in age you don't see that very often.
Jason has already said he'd love to have season tickets to the Tampa Bay Lightning. We have also talked about getting season tickets to Disney World. That's another reason I think he wants our future family to grow up in Florida... we'd be like an hour and ten minutes away from Disney and Universal Studios... the dream vacation spot of almost every kid. And we'd have both pratically in our back yard.
Though I am excited, I'm afraid of getting to excited if it falls apart. Yet I do think we're ready.
