We have no idea what this one means. She started saying it in the car a few months ago, and I thought it was very cute, so I've been reinforcing it. She usually kind of "winds it up": "buuuuuuu-WABA!"
I'm sure she thinks it means something, and I'd be perfectly happy for her to continue thinking that it's a real word well into adult life.
