During bathtime, Husband mentioned that our kids have Caucasian earwax. Wha? I know we have conversations about whose traits our kids exhibit, but really? Do we need to put a claim on earwax? Husband explained that Asians have "dry" earwax and Caucasians have "wet" earwax. I proceeded to question his reasoning and he told me to look it up.
So I did and apparently, he's right.

"...earwax type and armpit odor are correlated, since populations with dry earwax, such as those of East Asia, tend to sweat less and have little or no body odor, whereas the wet earwax populations of Africa and Europe sweat more and so may have greater body odor."
OK, then. I could've gone thru my whole life never thinking about another person's earwax but I guess you're never too old to learn something you had no interest in the first place.
