I'm dreaming....
not of a white Christmas but of all of the food I'm going to eat in California next week! Here's my list to work thru so far:
- Fish tacos.
- Hash browns. The stringy kind that is flat, GBD (Golden, Brown & Delicious) on the outside and not found in NYC as far as I know.
- In & Out Burger. Protein Style, Animal Style, of course.
- Shabu Shabu
- My SIL's mother's homecooked Chinese
- Vietnamese food in Westminster. I'm going to eat as much Bánh mì and Pho as I can. Nobody can stop me.
- Kogi Lunch Truck. I would love to track these guys down and try their Korean Mexican nouveau con-fusion food.
- Pink's Hot Dogs. Surprisingly, Husband has requested a stop at Pink's.
- Dim Sum at one of those big dim sum palaces with moving carts and you have to chase down your breakfast
- Gardena Bowl Coffee Shop
- Mexican Cocido
- Carnitas Torta Sandwich
- Marie Calendar's or Hof's Hut pie
- Chicken Fried Steak
- Pancake House
- See's Candy
- Huevos Rancheros
- Christmas tamales
