(no subject)
Someone actually told me "You sound like you are from Australia!" LOL I can't believe it, I actually have an accent that can be identified, I thought it was just a mash up.. Of Things I Heard On TV... Amused me to no end.
I went out to try to buy new clothes for the Lunar New Year, but there were so many people just QUEUEING to try stuff on that I was just totally put off! >=[ I shall go on a weekday when everyone is at work or in school! I was trying on a dress and I got stuck because I didn't undo the side zip all the way, but after struggling for awhile, I managed to rectify that and get out of the dress. Phew, I was about to have to get my cousin to help tug it off me LOL.
What I did buy was a new Shu Uemura blush :D It is SO PRETTY and pigmented! Much better than MAC ones, I am a convert now!
Jasmine (my cousin) and I headed down to the Cookie Museum at Esplanade for... You guessed it, cookies! They currently have this seasonal cookies that are savoury and based on famous local food like Nasi Lemak, Tomyam Crab, Hei Bee Hiam, Laksa! You would expect them to taste watered down, but NO, the moment you bite into one tiny tiny cookie, the flavours basically explode in your mouth. It's amazing (and probably full of chemicals :P)... I can't explain it, you have to try it yourself.
