This was amazing. You made Loki so sympathetic, but kept his personality, and it was simply brilliant. I loved every element of it - Jane's confusion and acceptance of her powers, Loki's initial manipulation and masquerading as Thor, the Chitauri being after him, what little we see of Brand (though I expected her to be more sarcastic and caustic)... everything. Loki's reaction to Thor appearing was priceless, as was the way they simply left, with Thor being supportive. Loki teaching Jane magic was amazingly interesting, especially when she tried comparing it to science. Amora's presence in the story was also amazing - I love the idea that she was the one who healed Loki's madness, and is just about his only friend. I have to see a sequel where she decides to visit Jane and Loki - after all, if Jane's mother wants to meet Loki, shouldn't Jane get to meet his friends and family
