I've always felt like Jules is willing to block out the implications if she can convince herself that she won't need to break up the team and also have a relationship with Sam. I'm not saying I think she's happy to be putting everyone's jobs at risk, but that this is something she's maybe become too good at convincing herself will come out okay, no matter what. We all have something like that, that we're a bit delusional about, you know?

I know, right? ;) It seems to me that Sam's always been the one who doesn't really want to hide the relationship. I think, as much as he loves the team, he'd be okay leaving it, if it meant not having to be secretive about how he feels about Jules. I believe she's the one who doesn't want things to change.
