The Caffebar, new at Parkway Parade. Very reasonably priced set meals available. And the food and ambience are better and more sophisticated than what you expect for what you pay. I particularly like the asymmetrical soup bowls.

Garibaldi has a set lunch: http://www.garibaldi.com.sg/g.htm (er, think it's not on website, but I've tried it, it's great)

So does Au Petit Salut: http://www.aupetitsalut.com/ (have not tried it but have heard raves)
