from personal partying experience at dal, i agree that dal students party the hardest. after going there a couple of times i don't see how western has this reputation as a party school- i partied harder out there and it was a lot of fun, there are like pub crawls every weekend. maybe western is the party school of ontario but their east coast kicks our ass.
