Making my way back

Sep 21, 2008 15:30

Okay. Inching myself slowly back into the blogosphere.

I've been busy not just with work but getting the paperwork I need for my trip to Germany all fixed up and the like. It seems A-Ok as of the moment, so I hope nothing really horrible happens in the coming days because I really, really want to go on this trip.

As for work, there's this crazy lady who, it turns out, once threw acid in her sister's face. FOR REAL-REAL, NOT FOR PLAY-PLAY. She's very aggressive at work, liable to shout at people for reasons known only to her, and has driven one of our co-workers into a panic attack on more than one occasion.

This wouldn't be so bad if she was an established name in the newspaper industry, BUT SHE'S JUST A CASUAL EMPLOYEE. Turns out the girl is bipolar and it seems like she really doesn't want to take her medication. Really makes you wonder why the management didn't check her background first or anything.

ANYWAY. If you hear in the news that somebody threw acid at my face or something, it's probably her fault.

Any of you guys particularly interested in hearing the new James Bond theme song? You can do it over here.

A lesson in Shia Labeaouf smack talk, taught by Professors Seth green and Clark Duke. I don't know about the beard on Seth Green, but I think this is hilarious.

And now here's a juicy bit of non-news, because really, the only thing that makes this exciting is my perverted slashy mind: James Franco would love to work with Zac Efron. Alternate version here.

I would totally pay to watch the movie that's playing in my head right now.
