THG Champs
It went about how I expected, in that, I wasn't finished until 2:30 AM on Sunday morning. That's always a joy. We had about 80 teams, and other than the day being long there were no problems.
The only scorekeeping fun was discovering you can't do fixed seating in teams. That's an easy fix though, we just set up another table and numbered it the highest number we would need and manually (*gasp* a pen! oh noes!) changed the assigned match number/table number each round until the player in the wheelchair dropped.
Sunday was spent hanging out at the LA Convention Center with the UDE crowd and being entertained by Miki and Tabak before Tabak and I had dinner and caught a showing of V for Vendetta. It was an enjoyable night, but since it was a late night the night before, I hadn't done any of my paperwork for the tournament, so I had to get that done before going to bed, making tonight late as well.
My sleep deprived state will be entirely Tabak's fault tomorrow while at the office. I decree it so!
