I applied for two different jobs today...one at my present office, but a promotion, and one that is an opening at Wizards. They're hiring a Tournament and Appeals Administrator, and after talking to Andy for a bit, it sounded very interesting so I filled out the on-line application.

So, I suppose we'll see.

Also, I have a quick question. The Guildpact prerelease will be my first foray into judging in terms of being evaluated where I am. I'm fairly confident that I could pass the test right now because I already intuitively know most of the rules (enough to be a Level 1 judge anyways). I wanted to ask, what do you look for the first time you're evaluating a judge? Should I start focusing on how I answer rules questions?

Any helpful hints would be appreciated. ^_^

I look at people skills, how they handle the crazy pace of a pre-release, and their knowledge of policy along with rules. And if they're always second guessing themselves or not.
