Update
So it is as I suspected....Rob pushed Mark to discontinue his friendship with me.
Mark finally responded to me last night after I demanded an explanation and said he and Rob have an agreement where Rob doesn't talk to his exes, and in return, Mark is honoring Rob's wishes that he not have any further association with me, because apparently Rob feels threatened and insecure by Mark being friends with me.
Mark did not have Rob call me yesterday and tell me to leave him alone, Rob took it upon himself to do that.
I guess I thought being close with someone for five years would merit a little more consideration than just up and unfriending me because your boyfriend is so insecure.
