Lemon Cookies, Safety Scissors, and Nap Time.

• Okay, so I made a valiant effort to catch up on my FriendBots page, but my snotful head and my incredible sugar high and my natural trista-type attention span pretty much make that hopeless. I heart you people, but I have no idea what you've been up to since Friday. If one of you found the cure for cancer or something, do let me know.
• My luncheon was wonderful. The spinach dip was a huge success. Many people asked for the recipe, and I considered telling them it was an old family recipe and I couldn't possibly give it out, but since it's on the back of a soup packet I decided that would be too obnoxious even for me.
• I get to spend my afternoon crafting. I'll be taping bits of paper to other bits of paper, with decorative bits of paper in between. I'll have regular double-sided tape and some sort of puffy double-sided tape. I'm very excited about all of this.
• I am dreading the inevitable crash after my sugar high. This is not going to be pretty. I'm considering having another piece of cake in order to push that crash back a little. It would be medicinal cake, so surely that would be okay? Hooray cake!
• The bullety part of the bullety listy thing is not working the way I'd like it to these days. The first few bullety bits are inside the icon, and that is not what I want. I am most wroth with these few bullety bits that refuse to behave properly.
• I need a nap.
