- The State Fair was fantabulous. Oh dear god, fried cheese curds. Why does the South not have fried cheese curds? The whole world needs fried cheese curds. I am convinced that they are the secret to world peace. Also, hotdish on a stick is awesome. And there was milk on tap! And roasted corn on the cob! And I got to pet two horselets and a proper horse horse and look at the mysterious ninja horses. And I rode the giant slide! Three times. The giant slide so totally rocks. The fair was all that is shiny and good.
- I don't remember what I did on Saturday. Except for the very long and glorious nap. I remember that quite well. I think maybe I watched movies?
- Sunday was puttering and apartment chore type things. And the first disc of the second season of House. It was fabulous.
- Yesterday was grocery shopping and the worst allergy attack I've had in months. I was sniffly and stuffy and I was bocked by subbuddy who was a bean. *shriek*
- Today I'm in the office. I wore a light jacket this morning because it was just a tiny bit chilly when I left for the bus. I didn't really need it while I was walking, but it was nice when I got to the bus stop. It would be horrible right now, though, because it's such a gorgeous, sunny day. I ate lunch outside and enjoyed every second of it. I even walked half a mile. I'd have walked more but I had to wait forever for my sammich in the deli. Tomorrow I'll bring my lunch and avoid that.
- It is good to be me.
