That glorious dinner last night? Broiled salmon, wilted spinach, pasta with peppers and a little cheese, and a gigantic salad. This learning to cook thing is a great deal of fun.

I really, really need to remember, though, that it is well worth the extra buck to buy pre-washed bags o' spinach. That stuff is incredibly dirty in non-bagged format, and I could do without that, thank you very much. What a colossal pain in the ass.
