(no subject)
hey everybody! (hey dr.nick) so, been awhile since a real update. it's been a bit crazy. not to mention working crazy amount of hours. alot's happened since last "real" update. not sure i could remember everything i wanted to put here, or that i really want to type all that. mostly becuase i do have mario kart waiting for me.
however, big news is that i finally have a place to live. i've been here almost a month now. a guy i work with was looking to rent a coupld extra rooms he had in his house. so, i went to take a look at them. real nice place.and he's a cool guy, so i decided to take it. got most of my stuff all settled in finally. what sucks is packing for a one bedroom apartment that will be just you, and then having to fit all that in just one bedroom. alot of stuff had to go home. alot of the kitchen and living room stuff i bought/had was now not needed. i still have more boxes to go back, but luckily i have storage space above my closet. much helpful.
so...some pictures! i still need to hang some pictures, organize my dvd rack and bookshelves, unpack/arrange my toys, and find a cd rack.

so, yeah. decent sized room. the door goes outside, but i am on the 3rd floor, so it would be quite a drop. he says he plans on putting a little deck or something out there. which would be cool, but i don't care too much right now. i was just excited to have a place to live.
other than that, stuffs been going on, but i can't really remember what exactly. dressed as a pirate for the "swashbuckler soiree" for the theatre. it's a fundraiser they do every year, and us apprentices are great free labor. the theme this year was pirates. a couple people told me "you look way to comfortable in that". what can i say? the captain is use to wearing that stuff.
i also found out what it's like to try and drive a car in a major city on halloween around 7:00pm when there are parked cars on both sides of the street too. sooooo many freaking kids. and at least half of them running into the street randomly. fun times. really.
work's been hectic. but i still love my job.
oh, so, if any cares, i will be back in rochester for x-mas. i will be there the saturday before and staying until mid-wednesday. so, if anyone wants to chill or what not, give me a call or drop me a line somewhere.
