Until then, don’t let anyone make you feel like you are doing something wrong, or you are this, that, or the other thing. “yet he himself is judged of NO MAN (verse above).” You answer to God alone, and while we need like-minded friends, and the Lord WILL provide them for you in time, God is also the only one who totally fills your heart and is closer to us than any person will ever be. Find some time alone with Him - set aside a chunk of your day, find a quiet, secluded spot on campus, and read your Bible, pray, ask the Lord to meet you where you are and to comfort you, and He will. It’s a promise He made to us (“But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul” - Deut. 4:29). He knows how you feel and what you are going through, and He WILL walk you through it.

You probably already know everything I said, but I hope it encourages you anyway.  If you want to…give me a call (561.251.9960). I’d love to hear from you, maybe pray with you if you want…

“For You will save the humble people, But will bring down haughty looks. For You will light my lamp; The Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop, By my God I can leap over a wall. As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? It is God who arms me with strength, And makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of deer, And sets me on my high places.”
Psalm 18:27-33
