I need to keep eating... just eating better things. It is good to gradually reduce intake but not shock my system. It just takes alot of planning. But it feels good to be regaining control.
I got my first del of organic fruits and veggies! LOVED having them del to the house. That rocked.
Went to the gym Mon. Will go again today. That too is fantastic. I love putting on my headphones and climbing on the machine and ignoring everyone else for an hour while I read trashy magazines. It feels very therapeutic.
I am off Friday so hopefully I will accomplish lots at the house.
