I arrived home Friday night after a wonderful trip back to the states. The flights went well, the transfers went well. I slept alot. I met nice people. I saw Mt. Fuji (from the airplane, it was amazing!)
My thoughts have been percolating. There is still so much I have not posted about -- the DMZ, the last 2 days of classes. Staff party, etc. but the jet lag is killing me this time. (Maybe it has been just as bad in the past, but this time there is so much stress associated with coming home - no job, cold weather, crummy economy, parents need money, etc. that it seems 10 times harder to get back on my feet.)
So, for those of you who have been so fantastic at encouraging me during my trip, I have not forgotten you! And there is still so much more to say. I am just having a hard time readjusting. But, I feel a post brewing (albiet slowly - but surely!)
Until then, I am battling the afternoon/evening nap urges and trying to remember all the great things about the States.
