I made it through my last major test before finals, so that's nice. Finals and final projects are going to break me, but I have Geovanny coming to look forward to. He will be in the Atlanta airport eight hours after I finish my last final. As for recently, I've been doing the school thing, making plans, and making far too many decisions for my liking, but we all know how indecisive I can be. I don't even want to decide what kind of orange juice to buy. =D Today has been good. I woke up early and was out of the house by 8:00 AM to go play with little children (yes, that is a good thing. I -like- children.) I never knew how dead Athens could be until I saw it that early on a Sunday in the summer. Lord, it was surreal. Anyway, we showed the kiddies frogs, salamanders, and snakes and talked about habitats, adaptations, and conservation. Then we helped them make their own mini-ecosystem out two two-liter coke bottles to take home with them... the animal were made out of modeling clay, though. We thought their parents would appreciate that. Anyway, it was ridiculously cute. I love environmental education activities, and I'm really excited about playing at being an elementary-school science teacher next semester. Lord, I've changed since high school. Anyway, I had a ton of fun. Now I need to do some homework... and I really don't want to... such is life. Next semester is going to be so good though. I am not taking a single real class that isn't ecology or spanish. Writing my thesis could prove to be painful, but hey, I might be able to get published, so that's worth it, right? Anyway, I have like NO free time right now, but just not feeling sick for once makes it all seem so much more tolerable.
