Rain
Yet another piece for the prompt table I posted HERE. Check it out. I'm still accepting suggestions. And now that the job is out of the way, I guess I have nothing but time.
The prompt from smeddley was Rain with the Goblin King from Labyrinth. I do hope this meets your expectations, my dear.

Summary: There's a racket in the courtyard and the king is getting tetchy.
“What is going on here?” roared Jareth, King of the Goblins, as he stormed out the front door of his castle. His thunderous glare was rather disrupted by the immediate drenching he received from the rainstorm that had blanketed the area.
The goblins in the courtyard paused at the sound of their king's voice, the racket that had attracted him dying out in an instant only to reform into roaring laughter at the sight of their king. His tight cloths stretched away from his body from the weight of the water they had absorbed, and his hair, usually forming a fluffy cloud about his head, was plastered across his face.
“Wet! Wet! Wet!” became the chant from many throats between bursts of laughter and delighted fists pounding on the stones in amusement.
An expression of utter disgust covered Jareth's face, almost hiding the twinkle in his eyes. “You all like the rain?” he asked in mock gentle tones.
“Rain! Rain! Rain!” joined the chant of, “Wet!” from the throats of the goblins.
“Then if you want to keep your rain,” Jareth snarled, “keep it down!” He stalked back into the palace, using one hand to push his wet hair from his face and the other to slam the door behind him. Only after he heard the clank of the bar falling into place did he allow himself to smile. Goblins loved rain, rare as it fell in the Labyrinth, and he rather enjoyed their antics when it did fall. Not that he'd ever let the little buggers know that. No, now that the proper confrontation was over and the order of the world assured, the view from the window above his throne room was calling.
