Procrastinating, or lack thereof
My internet connection today is being so slow it's as if it's forcing me to work with no web breaks. I'm not sure whether this is a good thing or a bad one.
The work it's forcing me to do is slogging through OCR'd text from a book published in 1880. The book is too thick to easily fit on the scanner and therefore has at least one illegible word per line, where the spine interfered with the scanning, and the old fashioned punctuation is driving me potty. The content of the text is mostly interesting; checking and correcting it is not.
