(no subject)
i'm certifiably crazy after yesterday. i had three interviews for two different publications. they all went well though, esspecially with The Gossip, who was the only in-person conversation. and after both the interview and seeing them live again, i can officially say The Gossip are the fucking best. i'll never dance to another!
i've been a joyful bundle of stress with this new WEW/Murder By Death tour, school starting, and freelancing picking up. i like being busy, esspecially doing things like interviews, going to shows, and talking to people about music 24/7, but it's just a crazy change from laid-back summer.
i don't think i'm going to arcade fire tonight because i have too much to do. PISTIL is going to start a BAND OF THE WEEK on the new redesigned website when the new issue comes out next week (with a release party at FOUR, you should all come. it's the same night as tegan and sara, so some after they play Metro.) so that'll be another fun addition. thankfully sara and i are switching off duties on that. as far as PISTIL assignments go, i have about a month to get some CDs out for review, edit them, interview Michelle Tea, write the story, put together a collaborative story, and edit the music section with sara.
