Update
I went pool shopping today and pools are very expensive these days. The other option is an above ground pool. I could get a nice one for 3000 total. Above ground pools remind me of trailer parks. Please if anyone has an opinion on this let me know. I need to decide before I move in. I will also have a room for rent. It is very large and has it's own front door to the outside. $375.
