This place in SF supposedly has a really, REALLY spicy dish called La Si Ni, made from chilis and chili sauce or something. I thought of you when I watched it. I saw this on the food network, and I think they said it takes most people 2 hours to get through the dish, haha

I had a Hot Champon Soup somewhere in LA, and it was just so spicy that it was taking me a while to eat it, so I gave up.
