So I haven't posted much...
Okay, so on to a post with some material in it. I haven't posted a real post in this journal in a long time. For a while I guess I could've use the excuse that I was too busy, but now I don't really have an excuse because school isn't as stressful, my SATs are over, and I haven't been working much. However, I have been getting really involved in my church... which is a new thing for me. I'm still not positive where I stand when it comes to church... I go to Sunday school, church, youth group, dance on a Hip-Hop dance team through my church, go to a network class through my church.... and I'm going to be an intern with the youth pastor over the summer. Hm... that's a lot of involvement for questioning myself... I guess you could say that I'm TRYING to be the faithful true believer.
Going back to the idea of the fact that my SATs are over.... I got my scores yesterday and I got 1230!! I got 620 on math and 610 on verbal. I didn't think I would do that good, and I was just hoping for 1000. However, I still have to take it one more time... because of the fact that they are changing them and my class has to have the new version in order for colleges to accept it. Speaking of college and scores and stuff.... I got my report card for first semester.. I got a B in Honors English, an A in Peer Tutoring, a P in Advanced Placement Physics, B- in Biology 2, B in History, B in Pre-calculus, and a B in Chemistry. I was relieved to see that I passed AP Physics... because I questioned it for a while.
