Today I watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer "I Was Made to Love You" and the movie Indiscreet, with Adam Baldwin as one of the three stars on the cover, though he was only in about five scenes.
First, BtVS: I'd never seen the original robot that inspired the Buffybot, and I really liked the ending, where Buffy and April talked and Buffy realized how much they really had in common (boyfriends leaving them). Then, the cliffhanger ending that took my breath away: Buffy finds her mom dead on the couch. Since I started watching the show after the fifth season finale, I thought that Buffy found her mom in "The Body." Seeing it as a cliffhanger, with a week until the next episode, I was shocked. That's what's so great about Joss' shows. :)
Now, on to Indiscreet: Adam really didn't do that much in the movie, which disappointed me. Sure, Luke Perry did great as the male lead, but I got the movie with the intention of seeing AB display his great acting skills. What did please me was the ending
where AB turned out to be the killer. I figured it out (imagine me squeeing and yelling at the screen "Adam did it! He did it!" But I was sad to see him get hit with a stick. *winces* It was all right, but not the best AB movie I've seen (that would go to My Bodyguard and Above and Beyond, though I believe, completely unbiased, that AB did the best in his career as Jayne).
