Study Break

I have been studying all week for an exam on Monday. It's the Renewable Energy Technology advanced course, a more in-depth look at biomass, solar, and wind. Today I'm studying biomass, but I have lost my motivation temporarily. It's Friday, I have been working all week, and I'm distracted by thoughts of a cute guy. heh. So what do I do, first I web serf, then I blog!

All continues, the snow melts, we eye the sky for signs of sun. Though right now we are gaining about 20-30 min/week of sun. However it has been overcast and rainy all week good for studying, bad for spirits. It has been a very busy semester. We had 5 courses which included 3 group projects. I am having love/hate relationships with group projects right now. Two of which continue next semester and one which is thankfully over.

I've been getting a bit homesick and really need a fun outlet so I applied for a pbem/interactive fiction group that seems pretty active. I thought some creative writing in group might be fun and distracting. I also hurt my ankle which has limited my ability to run around for other distractions.

Wow, what a boring post. That's what you get from reading about solar insolation and incident angles and semi-conductors and pyrolsis and gasification and devolitization and 2-film vs 1-film processes. I think my head might explode.

However, I have decided to come home for the summer to spend time with friends and family before returning to Sweden next year. Now I just have to find a job or internship with luck.

Back to biomass...
